Vindictus, a Korea-made MMORPG, recently aroused great controversy due to using the story made up by a player.

A Vindictus player said the latest released story of Vindictus about the dragon is similar to the one he had ever post in the forum. The player questioned NEXON for the issue, and the Vindictus development team admitted a part of the fact.

The development team said the story made up by the player was mingled in the collection of materials in the making process of dragon related story. So it was mistaken as the team’s content plan and added to the game. NEXON said they will contact the author to (vindictus gold)make apology and give a follow-up.

On the other hand, Vindictus won six awards in South Korea included game design and story design.
